Educational Qualifications & Eligibility
- Unani Doctor: Must possess a BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) degree. A Post Graduation Degree or MD in a relevant specialization is highly desirable.
- Yoga Professional (Yoga & Naturopathy Consultant): Requires a BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) degree from a recognized university.
- Pharmacist: Candidates should have completed D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) or B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy). Registration with the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
- Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025): The maximum age for Unani Doctor is 59 years and for Pharmacist is 40 years. The age limit for the Yoga Professional post should be checked in the official notification. Age relaxation will be applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates as per Government of Tamil Nadu rules.
