Governor Assam's Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025

Raj Bhavan, Assam, under the initiative of Hon'ble Governor Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya, has launched the Governor Assam's Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025 to provide free coaching for UPSC Civil Services aspirants.

Selected candidates will receive fully-funded coaching in New Delhi.

Scholarship Details

Coverage: Full funding for coaching fees, accommodation, and meals in the direct mode coaching program in Delhi, NCR.
Exclusions: Additional costs or personal expenses are the candidate’s responsibility.
Payment: Disbursed directly to coaching institutes; non-transferable, non-deferrable, non-convertible to cash.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 and hold a Graduation degree from a recognized board/university.
Residency: Must be a resident of Assam.

How to Apply

Visit the Official Pratibha Protsahan Yojana Portal.
Click on Online Application Form and register.
Log in, enter personal and educational details, and upload required documents (passport-sized photograph, signature).
Submit the form and keep a printout for reference.

Selection Process

Stage 1: Shortlisting - Based on Class 12 and Graduation percentages.
Stage 2: Written Screening Test - For approximately 4000 shortlisted candidates on 24th August 2025 in Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Kokrajhar, Diphu, Baksa, Haflong.
Stage 3: Group Counselling & Personal Interview - Conducted in Guwahati on 14th & 15th September 2025 (tentative).
Final selection based on combined performance across all stages.
