Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidates born between 02nd July 2005 and 02nd January 2009 (both days inclusive) are eligible. Upper age limit on enrollment is 21 years.

Educational Qualification

Science Subjects:

Passed Intermediate/10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR Three years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) with 50% marks in aggregate and English.
OR Two years Vocational Course with Physics and Maths with 50% marks in aggregate and English.

Other Than Science Subjects:

Passed Intermediate/10+2 in any subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR Two years Vocational Course with 50% marks in aggregate and English.

Mandatory Medical Standards

Height: Minimum 152 cm (Male/Female); 147 cm for North East/hilly regions; 150 cm for Lakshadweep.
Chest (Male): Minimum 77 cm circumference, 5 cm expansion.
Chest (Female): Minimum 5 cm expansion.
Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
Hearing: Hear forced whisper from 6 meters with each ear.
Dental: Minimum 14 dental points.
General Health: Physically and mentally fit for duty worldwide.
Body Tattoo: Permanent tattoos not permitted except on inner forearms, back of hand, or tribal customs.
